David Baumgartner is a serial entrepreneur, impact investor, board member, consultant, endurance athlete and adventurer. He founded several internationalfood companies such as dean&david (>130 million turnover, started with asingle restaurant!) a company he led as CEO for almost 20 years and made it the market leader of the healthy fast casual category in Europe. He is now movingon to new challenge, creating a better, sustainable world by supportingearly-stage start-ups that offer solutions for better food, sustainability, travel and longevity. Besides he works as board member and consultant.
